Many of these companies are what I consider overly aggressive. I left a message for Complete Roofing, a company my brother told me was not a "storm chaser" as many roofing companies apparently are. A few minutes later I received a call from a Complete Roofing gentleman who said that even though a roof estimate can be made using a satellite picture, he wanted to meet me in person and talk about what sets Complete Roofing apart; so he came out to my house and made his estimate for my roof replacement the old fashioned way, by hand! The estimate for a new roof was about the same price as the other company's had left, but I really appreciated the time he spent going over how the roof was to be replaced. A week later I had a brand new roof that looks great!
